About me the
MANAGER
Hello prospective employer/partner,
To sum up my abilities as a manager I'd like to use just one word, flexible.
I've programmed projects in Processing, I've created commercials, I've managed marketing meetings in scrum, I've acted in amphitheaters, I've balanced bookkeeping budgets, and so much more. This world is one of many uncertainties and so I've prepared myself to be a jack of all trades in order to sit at any table with a free chair.
I've always excelled academically and I'm nearing a stage in my life where I can bring a sense of youthful relentless optimism and a hard working attitude to the real world. If I'm unable to raise capitol and become an entrepreneur I want to be able to find a corporation where I can rise as an intrapreneur. I am the snowball at the top of the hill. My potential has been largely untapped for now, but once I start rolling the whole mountain will look different.
I am open to working all types of positions, but my expertise falls into strategy and human relations. Competition excites me. I want to win with my wits, and that's why my interest in corporate strategy. I see a lot of enterprises new and old, big and small having troubles finding fitting strategies for their operations solely due greed or pride. Many corporations just look to maximize profits and fail to accomplish their corporate mission, and because of that they lose in the long run. As for human relations, people just fascinate me. An organization is a social construct. We agree that it stands to do something, and we agree it has value, but in almost every case it's most valuable assets will always be the human capitol. I want to be in a position where I can maximize that human capitol, and help people feel accomplished with their work. I want to organize people to work well with each other, and I want to help any team I work with succeed.
So that's me, Kros Wilhelm Van Dyck, the management man with far too many plans. If you want to get in touch about anything don't hesitate to reach out to my email krosdyck@gmail.com . I look forward to hearing from you.
